Breakfast Avocado Egg Rice Cakes
This has been a favorite breakfast go-to lately! You can add some more carbs to this meal with rice, beans, or quinoa. Eating a banana on the side will add potassium, fiber, and carbs.
I’m loving the fresh farm eggs from the chickens my brother raised. Besides having a brighter yolk, farm eggs contain less cholesterol and saturated fat than regular store-bought eggs. Happy chickens, healthier eggs!
